The Bow Rack

is this a fine way to store my bow?
i love my bow so much but it cost allot of money so i had to get a cheap flimsy case. the case is just a padded suit case bag sort of thing. i keep my bow in there and just lay it on the ground at the foot of my bed or in my closet. this isn't gonna damage the bow is it? my room is clear of mess so its not like i have anything sitting on it. it is a compound bow btw
